Devellux Inc ("we," "us," or "our") operates ResetDay mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services") that helps people drink less by building a personalized plan grounded in behavioral psychology without requiring labels, abstinence, or a fixed program length. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices our users of the Services ("you" or "your") have.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the ResetDay Terms of Use. Terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.
A Note on the Nature of This App
ResetDay is designed for people who want to change their relationship with alcohol on their own terms, not for crisis intervention or as a substitute for medical or clinical treatment. Some of the information you share (such as how much, how often, or in what situations you drink) is personal and sensitive. We treat it accordingly throughout this policy: we do not sell it, we limit who can see it internally, and we give you clear control over it.
If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical emergency related to alcohol use, please contact emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider. The App is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
While using the Services, we will ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your email address and other contact information you provide. You may provide us with Personal Information when you register for an Account, use the Services, make a purchase, contact customer support, sign up for marketing material, or otherwise communicate with us.
If you sign in or verify your identity through the Apple App Store (including Sign in with Apple), we receive certain information from Apple to authenticate your account and process your purchases. We do not receive your Apple ID password. Please note that if you choose not to share certain Personal Information with us, we might not be able to provide certain parts of the Services.
Usage Information
We collect information about how you access and interact with the Services, such as device model, operating system and version, IP address, device identifiers, access dates and times, and other system activity. We also collect information about your in-app behavior, such as the screens you view, the features you use, how you progress through your personalized plan, and how you respond to check-ins and prompts. We may collect certain information by automated means using technologies such as cookies, analytics tools, server logs, and mobile identifiers. In many cases, the information we collect using these tools is used only in a non-identifiable, aggregated manner to help us understand usage patterns and improve the Services. In some cases, we associate this information with Personal Information. We do not track users across third-party websites or process "do not track" signals.
Marketing and Analytics Data
We use analytics and advertising tools to understand how people find and use the Services and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. This may include advertising identifiers (where permitted by your device settings and Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework), campaign and referral source information, and aggregated engagement and retention metrics.
Quiz Data
When you participate in our interactive quiz, we collect the answers, scores, and choices you submit. If you provide your contact details to view your results, we connect this quiz data with your personal profile.
Third-Party Cookies
Third parties may also use cookies, analytics SDKs, or similar tools to collect information when you use the Services. We do not control any cookies or data collection tools that may be placed on the Services by a third party, and this Policy does not cover their use of such tools. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of such third parties. You may be able to opt out of certain tracking through your device's privacy settings.
A Note on the Sensitivity of Your Drinking Pattern Data
Part of what makes ResetDay work is that your plan is built from your own patterns: how much, how often, and in what situations you drink, along with the goals, triggers, and reflections you share with us. We treat this information as sensitive. It is used solely to build and personalize your plan and to improve the Services generally; it is never sold, and it is never shared with advertisers or used to target alcohol-related advertising to you.
Information We Do Not Collect
Consistent with data minimization principles we intentionally do not collect more than the App needs to work. We do not collect, and have no plans to collect:
- your Social Security number, government-issued ID, or other national identifiers
- your precise (GPS-level) real-time location
- biometric identifiers (e.g., fingerprint, face, or voice-print data) or genetic information
- your contacts, address book, or social graph
- photos, videos, or camera/microphone recordings, unless you affirmatively choose to attach one to a support request
- your browsing history outside the App or activity on other apps or websites
- bank account, debit/credit card, or other payment credential numbers (your subscription is billed and processed entirely by the Apple App Store, and we never see your card details)
- medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, or other information from healthcare providers, electronic health record systems, or insurers
- racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, immigration status, or similar demographic categories, unless you choose to volunteer this information in free-text fields we don't specifically request it in
If this ever changes, for example, if we add a feature that uses one of these data types, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent before collecting it.
Apple App Store Privacy Practices
Because the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, we disclose our data practices to Apple in the form of an "App Privacy" (nutrition) label shown on the App's product page, in addition to this Policy. Consistent with that label:
- Data linked to you: the categories described in this Policy, such as your email address, account/device identifiers, and in-app usage data, are linked to your identity because they are tied to your account or device.
- Data used for tracking: we do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes, and we do not share your data with data brokers. If this changes for any future advertising integration, we will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before doing so, and you can manage or withdraw that permission at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- IP address: we collect your IP address primarily for security, fraud prevention, and diagnostics, and to derive a coarse (city/region-level) location for localization purposes. We do not use it to determine your precise, real-time location.
- Health & Fitness data: because your drinking-pattern and plan data may be classified by Apple as health-related information, we label it accordingly on the App's product page and apply the heightened protections described in this Policy and in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
- Third-party partners: where analytics or infrastructure vendors collect data on our behalf, our App Privacy label reflects their collection as well as our own.
You can review the current App Privacy label at any time on the App's App Store product page, and you can find our Privacy Policy and (where available) our Privacy Choices link there as well.

Sharing Your Information
If you use the Services, you are authorizing us to share information:
- that you direct us to disclose to others
- with our third-party business partners, vendors, and consultants who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, customer support, or marketing services
- with Apple, as necessary to process your subscription and authenticate Sign in with Apple
- if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with local, state, federal, or international law, or to respond to a court order, subpoena, or warrant
- if we believe in good faith that doing so is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of [Company Name], our users, or the public, including to protect against fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Services
- to enforce or apply this Policy, our Terms of Use, or our other policies or agreements
- in connection with, or during negotiation of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or share your drinking-pattern or plan data for advertising purposes.
This Policy does not restrict or limit our collection and use of aggregate or de-identified information.
How We Protect Your Information
We take measures designed to protect Personal Information and prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including firewalls, encryption, and other security measures. We keep your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, or to resolve disputes and enforce our rights. Where we rely on your consent to process your Personal Information, you may decline or withdraw that consent at any time; this will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against interception or misuse. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
International Data Transfers
Personal Information we collect from you may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. By providing us with your data, you acknowledge that your Personal Information may be processed for the purposes identified in this Policy. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and consistently with this Policy.

Washington and Similar Consumer Health Data Laws
